1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at https://skinprort.com ("Site"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the account created by a User to access and use the Services.
• "Content" means any text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials appearing on or through the Services.
• "Order" means a request to purchase Products through the Services.
• "Products" means the fishing guide services, motor boat rentals, and other items offered for sale through the Services.
• "Subscription" means a recurring Order for Products at specified intervals.

• "User Content" means any Content that a User posts, uploads, publishes, submits, or transmits to be made available through the Services.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 Account Creation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your Account at any time by contacting our customer service.

4. Services and Products

4.1 Fishing Guide Services

Our fishing guide services are subject to availability and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, seasonal limitations, and guide availability. By booking a fishing guide service, you agree to:

• Arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the guide
• Comply with all applicable fishing regulations and licensing requirements
• Assume responsibility for your personal safety and conduct during the guided tour

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or lack of required documentation.

4.2 Motor Boat Rentals

Motor boat rentals are subject to availability and suitable weather conditions. By renting a motor boat, you agree to:

• Provide valid identification and any required boating licenses
• Complete a pre-rental inspection with our staff
• Operate the boat in accordance with all maritime regulations and safety guidelines
• Return the boat in the same condition as when rented, allowing for normal wear and tear
• Be financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse

We reserve the right to deny rental to individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or substances, lack proper qualifications, or present safety concerns.

4.3 Other Products

For physical products sold through our Site, including fishing equipment and gear:

• Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual products
• We strive to maintain accurate inventory information, but availability is not guaranteed
• Products are subject to our return and refund policy as detailed in Section 7

5. Payment and Pricing

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) or Euro (EUR) as indicated and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your Order (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

5.3 Booking Deposits

For fishing guide services and motor boat rentals, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposit requirements and refund conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5.4 Billing Errors

If you believe that we have billed you incorrectly, please notify us within 60 days of the billing date. We will not refund any charges more than 60 days old, but we may make adjustments to future charges at our discretion.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1 Fishing Guide Services

Our cancellation policy for fishing guide services is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled date: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date: No refund of deposit

Rescheduling may be available without penalty if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to guide availability.

6.2 Motor Boat Rentals

Our cancellation policy for motor boat rentals is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the rental date: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the rental date: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental date: No refund of deposit

Rescheduling may be available without penalty if requested at least 3 days before the rental date, subject to boat availability.

6.3 Weather-Related Cancellations

If we cancel a fishing guide service or motor boat rental due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We reserve the sole right to determine if weather conditions are unsafe for services to proceed.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Physical Products

For physical products purchased through our Site:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
• Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

7.2 Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our fishing guide services or motor boat rentals, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review each case individually and may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion.

8. User Conduct and Restrictions

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services
• Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services
• Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, or similar technologies, to access the Services
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or making up the Services
• Collect or track the personal information of others
• Engage in any harassing, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access to the Services.

The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SkinPrort and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

9.2 User Content

By posting, uploading, or otherwise making available any User Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have the right, power, and authority to grant the license set forth above and that your User Content does not violate any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Accuracy of Information

We do not warrant that the information on our Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Any reliance that you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

10.3 Fishing Success

Fishing is inherently unpredictable, and we make no guarantees regarding fishing success, catch rates, or specific species availability during guided fishing trips. Our guides will use their best efforts and expertise to maximize your chances of a successful fishing experience, but results cannot be guaranteed.

10.4 Weather and Environmental Conditions

Weather and environmental conditions are beyond our control and may affect fishing conditions and the overall experience. We are not responsible for any disappointment or dissatisfaction resulting from adverse weather or environmental conditions that are still deemed safe for the activity to proceed.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKINPRORT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN ANY CASE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THESE TERMS, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkinPrort, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right; or
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Informal Dispute Resolution

Most customer concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by contacting our customer service. If our customer service team is unable to resolve a complaint you may have to your satisfaction, you and we agree to try in good faith to negotiate a resolution of the dispute for at least 30 days before resorting to formal dispute resolution.

13.3 Formal Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Sweden, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SkinPrort regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and SkinPrort.

14.2 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of SkinPrort.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Notices

Any notices or other communications provided by us under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given by posting to the Site or by email. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
