In Sweden, you generally need a boating license for vessels with engines over 15 HP. For boats with higher power ratings, we require proof of license. For smaller boats, we provide thorough instruction before rental. Please check the specific requirements for each boat model during booking.
All rentals include the boat, motor, full fuel tank, life jackets, basic safety equipment, and a navigation map of the area. Fishing boats also include fish finders and rod holders. Optional extras like fishing gear, coolers, and additional navigation equipment can be added for a small fee.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the rental date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 3-6 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before the rental date are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Yes, we offer discounted rates for multi-day rentals. Weekend packages (Friday-Sunday) receive a 10% discount. Weekly rentals (7 days) receive a 20% discount. Monthly rentals are available with a 30% discount. These discounts are automatically applied during the booking process.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 support line immediately. We'll dispatch assistance to your location as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved, we'll provide a replacement boat when available or issue a refund for the remaining rental period. All our boats undergo rigorous maintenance to prevent such occurrences.
